Hi guys ,

I'm not sure you guys have faced the problem of using Reuter Kobra Program with KAV WKS 6.0.3.837 installed or not.

The problem is when you run Kobra.exe , with KAV installed . No matter you exclude or disable antivirus . You will still receive error message and kobra program will terminate.

But with KAV Uninstalled , it works fine.

What i'm curious is that I already disable completely antivirus but it still has the error .

IF you guys have faced similar cases , please share how to fix this problem.

Hello george_thailand,

Try to enable Compatibility mode, this option is available in the Settings > Service menu.
