there is already a forum for French users, but it is separated from this one. Please have a look at http://grandpublic.kaspersky.fr/forum/ (home users) or http://entreprises.kaspersky.fr/forum/ (business solutions).

Why it is separated ?

Because KL France are running it seperately from the main forum, just like KL benelux.

So, why they can't merge these 2 forums to one universal forum?

Different boardsoftware would be one and it isn't exactly a big problem either, the french forum is quite good btw.
