As an ADmin on the command prompt type this command:

sc delete [Full Service Name] {OK}

I have the same problem and that service is bloking all our notebook during one hour if they're not connected via cable to our network.

It took me days to figure out that this service was the key to my problem. and now I would love to compleatly remove it, or even better, to know why it's been there!

What's the name of the service "KL Deployment Wrapper..." to type in the command "sc delete [service name]"?
I've been trying "KL Deployment wrapper...", "KL_Deployement_wrapper...", "KL Deployment wrapper", "KL_Deployment_wrapper".

It keeps telling me that there is no service registred on that name...

I found my problem!
the compleate name was KL Deployment Wrapper5eb9786d-5036-4d1f-8e86-1451a5e646ad but it sould be type between quote!

sc delete "KL Deployment Wrapper5eb9786d-5036-4d1f-8e86-1451a5e646ad"

I still would like to know why this service is not removed during remote installation procedure?

Rt.click on the service --> Go to properties
There is a display name and service name at the top, use the service name to remove it not the display name.
