Hello,
We have installed the admin kit on file servers in different segments of our network. One segment has the admin kit installed on the domain controller and we are getting 1030 and 1058 errors in event logs. There are no functional issues and when KAV is deactivated the errors stop. I thought i read somewhere it was reccomended to install admin kit on a server or workstation rather than domain controller, but ofcourse now i cant find that. Does it matter if it is installed on DC?

try this hints.

lol,
yea that was the first place i visited. but what gets me is when admin kit service is stopped the errors stop also. These errors did not occur before Admin kit installed either.
I take it there should be no issue with installing Admin kit on domain controller?
Thank you,

Try to turn off all types of network scanning (Tab "Network" in Administration Server Properties).
