Hi,

We're using KAV 6 for our users here and have been pretty happy. One problem that has come up is sometimes a user's entire Eudora inbox will be quarantined if a virus in the body of an email message (opposed to an attachment) is received. It was my understanding that KAV scans incoming email messages- if this is the case then shouldn't the message have been quarantined before being added to the inbox files?

Currently only the File, Mail, and Web modules are installed. Under Mail Anti-Virus settings, the "Scan POP3, ... etc traffic" is checked. Will we have to live with this or is there something we're missing?

Thanks!
Mark
