im having difficulty installing kaspersky for windows workstation version 6.0.3.837 on a 64 bit system. installation cannot be completed bcoz of error on the installation. does kav4fs version 6.0.3.837 (windows 2003) supports 64-bit, installing version 5.x 64-bit ready is succesfully installed with no errors but having no GUI/system tray/icon is the problem..

do you have any ideas...?!!

yes this version supports 64bit.

Kaspersky Workstation v6.0.3.837 can install in:

Microsoft Windows XP Professional (Service Pack 1 or higher)
Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition

I have install it in Windows Xp 64 bits without problem.

If the 64 bit system is Windows 2003 Server, then you have to install Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Server, workstation can´t install in a server system.

sorry for my post i also got confused with my original post anyway Guys its supposed to be WINDOW SERVER instead of WORKSTATION, sorry my bad, i'll try to get screen shot of the error.
