I thought I'd start this thread for all to post their observations and/or list bugs they find since Kaspersky Mobile Security 7 is not in beta anymore but a full fledged release. I suggest we provide as much information as possible to the guys at Kaspersky so that they can make good fixes for us all.


Bug description: Phone Scan freezes the application on full phone scan when MicroSD card is inserted in he phone.
Phone used: HTC S621
OS: Windows Mobile 6 Standard
Memory card: Kingston MicroSD 2GB
Is bug reproducible?: Yes
How to reproduce: Launch a full phone scan or launch a Folder scan on the whole memory card.
Other comments: Scanning individual folders on the memory card will work flawlessly. The bug or glitch only happens if I launch a full memory card scan.
Suggestions or ideas?: I believe the problem is directly related to how scanning of external memory is handled. Now, I can't determine if it's related to the phones MicroSD drivers or to the KMS 7 scanner. One easy way around that could be a temporary fix would be to provide a selective scan option where I could have the whole phone scanned except the "Storage Card".
