I can't figure this out and it's frustrating... I cannot log onto the Statcounter.com site when I have KIS 7.0 running. If I pause protection, all is well, but obviously I don't want to keep on doing that. I've tried changing various settings but nothing solves the problem. I'd appreciate some help with this from someone more experienced.

In most cases, I get a blank page with "done" displayed in the bottom status bar. Without KIS running, no problem.

If I pause protection, the site works fine. With it on, I see a blank page with "done" in the status bar of my IE browser. I've tried turning off various settings, without any luck in diagnosing this. I CAN see that it has to do with the KIS Firewall but darned if I can figure out which part of it is blocking my access to this site.

I don't understand however, why it did NOT work if I simply unchecked the anti-banner feature. Which is why I hadn't found it. In any case, leaving anti-banner enabled, and unchecking the statcounter.com entry did solve the problem. Thank you.

(There was no statcounter.net in the list.)
