i had suspicious activity. ie freezing then letting go.

so I decided to clamp down my firewall as at test by uncheck many applications access.

I uncheck a lot then less and less until I turned them all back on.

Now I only have internet access (i cannot even ping) if I turn the security low.

if I could set all back to default maybe that would help.

I do not have time to mess around.

the microsoft instant messenger troubleshooter tells me that there is a problem with my DNS and my Key ports.

it also says my ip gateway, ie's offline setting Host file and proxy server checks out fine.

Then you ask me about the process Vitaly Belyakov but do not say another word.

I do not see this listed anywhere on any virus list.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee that comes with Kaspersky?

if so what is it?
