Full Version: Unable to license - Windows Workstations 6.0

I have a 5 license copy of Kaspersky 6.0 for Windows Workstations and on 4 machines it installed fine. The last one it installs but when I try to install the license key as the last step in installation, the license screen does not respond to clicks of the mouse, keyboard arrows to move the radio button, or hotkeys. I can reboot the machine, but the same license screen comes up. I can not open Kaspersky until it is licensed, and I can't get the license window off my screen until I uninstall the product.

What do you recommend? I have uninstalled, reinstalled, redownloaded the latest version, and still no avail.

I had this problem before and uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked.

Hello,

Check system time/date first and try to activate your Kaspersky Lab product again.

Then create a GetSystemInfo report (see http://www.getsysteminfo.com ) of affected computer and post URLs of the parser on this forum.
