I have just installed Enterprise space security. It seems to include Kaspersky Securtiy 5.5 for exchange 2003.
I have one user that gets no filtering at all. We recieve errors about the rules being to big. He has about 1500 contacts. The system seems to be trying to while list all of them and hits some size limit.
The other users are being filtered but complain about lots of mail passing through including many that seem obvious.
Our previous solution seemed to work better at this. (Trend)
There does not seem to be any way to train the filter.
Am I missing something? It seems that perhaps I should be turning on junk filtering on the client, or adding RBLs to the server.
