I've tried installing KAV 5.7.1 on two Novell servers and both times I have issues with updating the databases. I can ping the Kaspersky download servers from the Novell consoles, but the update never happens. Log files are empty. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

On another topic, a couple of suggestions for KLabs:

a ) update your knowledgebase to include the KAV 5.7 product as a selection

b ) for the few Novell users out there, have a dedicated Novell forum (and monitor it) if you are going to continue to market the Novell version
