Full Version: Not able to open www.rediffmail.com
I just installed Kaspersky Internet Suite 7.0 (KIS7) just 4 days back. After I had installed it, I opened the www.rediffmail.com page. I logged in and then KIS7 warned that a file called C:\Program Files\Office11\OIS is being accessed should it be allowed or denied. I clicked on deiny. Since then, I'm not able to access my e-mail. I also tried uninstalling and then again reinstalling KIS7, but the same problem remains. Please help me with this.

first of all you have posted in the wrong forum...KIS7 belongs to home products therefore you should open your topics in the related forum...
Second, i've KIS 7.0.1.321 installed on my PC and i can get access to my mail account on www.rediffmail.com without problems or alerts.....IMHO, your system is not so clean...have you deeply scanned it?
