David Hallum
Hello,

This is my first post to this forum. I am having an issue with the communication with one workstation. This is the only workstation I'm having this issue with. The version of Administration kit is: Version: 6.0.1565. The workstation version is: Workstation 6.0.3.830.

The workstation is in DNS, and I have no problems connecting to it via TS, or remote desktop. I just can't communication via Administrator kit.

I have run klnagchk and this is the results:

Hi David,

first I think it is better to use the IP-Address instead of the name.

You can change this settings with klmover. read this FAQ.

Which OS has your client? Check the firewall.
