I am trying to install Kav 6.0 for File Server without success. It reports that Trend Micro is still installed.
It was, but has been removed and I can't find any registry entry, disk file or directory that was a part of the Trend Micro install that still remains. I tried using stop the services, uninstall in the add remove programs, delete it in registry. Is there anywhere that I can find what Kav is looking for so that I can remove the remaining, tell it to ignore the existence of the Trend product as it is not running? How to fix this?

And our customer previously used TrendMicro OfficeScan and ServerProtect, that have many manual step to removal of TrendMicro Server Protect on Server. Do you have any TrendMicro Server Protect remover tools? or some script ?

Delete this folder : C:\program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{E0CA6191-52E8-41E0-96B2-05E A08E6869C}

Pay attention you should enable display of hidden files and folder to see it.

Then reinstall the product.

And Do you have any TrendMicro Server Protect remover tools? or some script ? for convenient and surely complete removing Server Protect .

No, but Trend-micro support would be able to supply that i'm sure.

Now i installed Kaspersky File Server complete.
