Hi
Our customer using many Dell Server with Dell OpenManage which is Dell management software for manage CPU, memory. And have error windows related to Dell OpenManage process "omaws32.exe" poping up during every startup on those Dell server after i installed Kaspersky File Server which omaws32.exe fails to load.
So, I had created Exclusion mask and Trusted application,
1. C:\\Program Files\\Dell
2. omaws32.exe
But it is not work. Please advice me how to fix this. T^T

Which version of KAV for FS are you using ? Please try with the latest build 6.0.3.837
You can try to enable compatibility mode (Settings > Services), restart, and see if errors still occur.

i tried with the latest build 6.0.3.837 for FS
So i will try to enable compatibility mode and seeing the effect. Thank you
