I have just rolled out Kaspersky Enterprise Space Security into a customer of mine with 1 SBS server and 25 clients. All working ok appart from occassionaly when access there company program which reads things of a shared drive on the server or other activities 'Opening Favorites' the computer seems to hang for 40secs then starts to respond.
Any ideas?
You must uncheck network drives in file-anti-virus.
Go into Settings - File-Anti-Virus - Customize - Protection Scope.

When setting the Protection Scope in a policy to remove the check in the checkbox for the "All Network Drives" in the Administration Kit, it never updates the workstations with that setting. Is there a way to set it up in the Admin Kit to be able to update all workstations?
