Kaspersky Internet Security 7 is the only anti virus and defense program being used.

Since installation of Kaspersky, my incoming streaming stock quotes are consistently delayed when toggling between portfolios. there is up to a 2 minute delay before information populates. Prior to installation of Kaspersky (used to have Norton) refresh of information was immediate. Scottrade who provides the streaming stock quotes suggested that port 443 be opened to all inbound and outbound traffic but I have been unable to find this port listed.

Scottrade has been marked as a trusted site.

Any suggestions?
