I tried to access www.visual-paradigm.com to get information about their Business Process Visual Architect Modeler software and Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 said access is forbidden.

Does anyone know why?

You seem to have the parental control feature turned on in the child profile. Either turn it off or switch to the adult profile.

I had no idea that Parental Controls were set.
Turning it off took care of the problem.
