ok the long story short ... a program or not in the program manager with the name of "auto blz legal cutcutado" stops me from shutdowning the computer ... is this a virus worm of somekind ? because the only thing i can do to shutdown or restart the pc is terminate the program or push the magic button. ah and that reminded me dose´t kaspersky labs have the knoledge of all viruses? then why dosen´t the kiv6 found´s it like a virus ? thank god there is a god and thank kaspesky to eliminate the virus

Sounds a lot like a member of the Trojan.Obfuscated family.

ok but how dose this help me ? i just sended a mail with the arquive of nortons.exe process of auto blz legal cutcutado.i really don´t know what is that ... what i know is that i can´t turn off my computer or restart it.
