The first program that I tried to install with Kaspersky Internet security on my Windowsxp64 machine, was interrupted by the proactive defense. In my inexperience, I chose not to "allow" the installation. Since then, I have not been able to install the program, despite many tries, even when disabling Kaspersky.
All other programs install just fine.
What do I need to do to get this program that I originally did not allow to install to finally install?
Thanks
Hello,
You should delete the rules which has been created the first time you get the alert from Proactive Defense. In the configuration of the product, Protection menu, Trusted Zone button, Exclusions masks tab.

Thanks for the reply.
I'm having a hard time finding the "trusted zone button" and the "exclusions mask tab"
Thanks again.
