I have KAV for Windows Workstations 5.0.676 installed. It tells me that there are dangerous items to process, yet when i go to the list to view them, there are areas where they should be however they are blank. No descriptions or names and it will not let me process them or remove them from the list. Any ideas? TIA

here is the solution :

1. Exit Kaspersky Anti-Virus
2. Open Windows explorer and browse this folder : C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\KAV for
Workstations\5.0\
3. Delete the folder TIF
4. Restart Kaspersky Anti-Virus
