Full Version: KAV 6.0 blocking mail

Hi!
KAV 6.0 started to block mail traffic. Both Outlook and web mail work when KAV is turned off.
Any ideas how this problem can be solved?

Hello there,
you said "started to block"...therefore we assume that it was working before...right? Outlook and webmail streams are managed by different RTP modules therefore i guess only two causes: wrong ongoing configuration of Proactive Defense or a general corruption of KAV6. Could you pls specify which version are you working with? Other modules are working fine? Are you able to browse internet pages (except those related to webmail)?
Have you tried to reset Proactive Defense settings? Have you tried to recover KAV installation?
