Full Version: Activation Failure: Key Type is Invalid for this Application

I purchased KIS 7.0 from the estore, downloaded the product with the link that was emailed to me, and upon activating receive the following message: Key type is invalid for this application.

I am using the exact code that is in the email with the download link. How could it possibly not match the product?

Also, I don't want to post my activation code on the forum, so how am I supposed to get help for this issue?

- There were no previous versions installed on my machine
- I am using Windows Vista x64 Enteprise Edition
- I used it in trial mode for a month and now it nags me every 30 seconds to purchase the product

After finally getting the search feature to return something other than an error, it appears that I need a new license key due to a problem with invalid keys being issued. I called 781-503-1800 but no one is there now. Is there a support line for this type of issue that is not a 9-5 operation?
