Full Version: Outlook Office version process change issue

Hello,

I have just installed KAV 6.0.3.830 across our network. The employees who use the MS Office version of Outlook (including the owner of our company) are experiencing a pop up almost every time they open Outlook that says that the process has changed. While this is a minor issue, it is still a pain to allow every time.

To this point I have placed Outlook in the trusted zone, I have both added it by browsing to it's location on the drive and by adding it from the application list. I have disabled steath mode (I saw this advised in another post).

Hello,

Delete the Application rules in the properties of the Anti-Hacker protection component. Then run Outlook.exe again on impacted computers to create a new rule.
