We have installed kav 6.0 for workstations and noticed that certain links/sites can not be opened anymore. Here's one for example: shopping.com. When you click on amazon link, browser starts to open it but then I get this "DealFrame.cmp (GIF Image, 1x1 pixels):" both in Firefox and IE7. I believe it might be blocking addresses like dealtime.com and linksynergy.com, but is there are a way to disable it, since we need to use those sites.
Thanks

Hello there!
i guess the cause of this problem is the anti-banner module! I've been able to reproduce it on my KAV Win Wks 6.0.3.830 and it was fixed only by disabling anti-banner component. Therefore my suggestion is to disable your anti-banner or, better, to add trusted banners (their URLs) to related white list.
Bye
