I have replace NAV7 by installing kav 6.0.2.690 for Windows Workstations in my XPProfSP2, but now every time that I try to open a project on TargetDesginer (tDesign.exe) of Windows XP Embedded Studio the application crashes reporting the faulting module as scrchpg.dll, Is there any suggestions for correcting this behavior?

Faulting application tdesign.exe, version 2.0.807.0, faulting module scrchpg.dll, version 6.0.2.690, fault address 0x00009d83.

First you can try to add tDesign.exe in trusted applications and see if it helps.

Then you can run this command (Start > Run) :

''regsvr32 ''C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations\scrchpg.dll'' /u''

It will disable script checker in Kaspersky Anti-Virus, it's not safe but it can prevent your application from crashing.

A new version of Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Workstations will be released soon (MP3). When it will be available I advise you to test with it.

Including the application (tdesign.exe) into the trusted zone had not solved the issue, but your suggestion for unregistering scrchpg.dll did work, thanks.
