I have thirty or so workstations with Kaspersky for Workstations 6 installed on on about half of them and version 5 on the Windows 2000 machines. I installed the software manually on all of them and then installed the network agent.

When I run the administrator software on one of my servers and I look at one of the workstations, it will show that only the client software is installed on all but two machines. It will also tell me that there is no antivirus software installed on the problem machines. How do I fix this?

Check Network Agent version, it should be 6.0

Most of the machines don't have client version 6 yet, but even those that do don't show up as having antivirus installed. The two machines that do have client 5 are working correctly with the administrator software.

Please run klnagchk.exe (which is located in the Network Agent installation folder) from problematic computers and paste the content of the report here.

Can you manually synchronize these 2 hosts from your Administration Console ?
