Hi guys,
I am trying to view the website of one of my clients and I keep getting the following message.

Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0

The requested URL http://www.bluemap.gr/ is forbidden

I have tried going through the options of Kaspersky Internet Security to find a solution but I can't find how to fix this.
Is there a way that this can be overcome so I can view my client's page?

Thanks! rolleyes.gif

Hi Spyros,

How are you, havent talked in a while my friend smile.gif

You probably have "Parental Control" turned on in the child profile.... or just simply have parental control turned on smile.gif

Turn it off or switch to the "adult" profile to resume normal browsing.

Hi!

That fixed it easy! I just unchecked the parental control and the problem was solved! Thanks for that! smile.gif

The reason I haven't been in the forums for a while is because Kaspersky Internet Security has been working like a breeze for me!

I have purchased many Kaspersky Internet Securities since the last time we communicated. I have installed it at home on both my Laptop and my wife's and on all the PC's at my office. I am advertising it all over the place by word of mouth and I am suggesting it to all my friends! I am very very happy with it!

But the best thing of all is the incredibly fast support you provide me with! I am astonished! Good Work! Well Done!

I promise that even if I don't have any issues in the future with my K.I.S. I will post a hello once in a while! wink.gif

Have a nice day!

Well it's good you are not having any issues, nevertheless, it was nice to hear from you again! smile.gif

Diagnose by checking to see if Parental Control is disabled.

Hi guys,

If you think that some sites are mistakenly filtered by Parental Control - please send me a PM (or better a mail from this site).

As a workaround you can leave parental control on or add the site to White List.

If the site is added to white list - even if it is blacklisted - it will be accessible.

Kind regards,
Igor Kurzin
