I need help.

I installed Kapersky on a machine in my office and it keeps crashing windows explorer.exe. I cannot access any drives or even my computer. I have installed kapersky on other machines in the office and had no issues. Please let me know the steps needed in fixing this issue.

Kapersky Anti-Virus 7.0.0.125. I uninstalled the symantic anti - virus and installed Kapersky Anti-Virus and i keep receiving error messages crashing windows explorer.exe.

I can't access any drives, or even my computer. Therefore I have to remove Kapersky Anti-Virus 7.0 and reinstall Symantic in order for the computer to run.

What steps do I need to take in fixing Kapersky. I bought 20 licenses and had no other issues with any other machine in my office. Only this one machine is giving me this problem.

Hi,

This is not the correct forum (Protection for Small and Medium Businesses), the correct is Protection for Home Users.

1.- remove symantec antivirus. take a look here: http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=5233

2.- take a look here: http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=44499

3.- if continue with problem, see: http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=915

Use GetSystemInfo Parser (see http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=36444) and upload your system info to http://gsi.kaspersky.fr/index.php?hl=en , then post here the link, for see what is the problem.

The problem is symantec, not clean uninstalled, I think.
