I have installed v6.0.2.691 on one problem workstation. In Outlook the Spam and Not Spam buttons do not work, i.e. when you highlight an email and click either Spam or not Spam nothing happens. I have unregsitered and registered the mcouas.dll module and disabled and reenabled Anti-Spam with no success. Also disabled and renabled the Outlook-bat add-in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is the owner's computer, 1 of 20 and it has been problematic from day one.

If it does not help, try to reinstall KAV WKS using the cleaner :
