My office recently deployed KAV 6.0.2.690 (upgraded from 5.xx). We would like to set up a daily backup that would run during the evening and automatically shut down each PC upon completion. In attempting to set this function up, I have found the check box that allows the user to shut down the PC after the scan is completed under the Settings tab on the scan/reports window. While that check box does work, it is automatically unchecked when I start up the PC and try to run the scan again. Is there a setting that I am missing somewhere that will allow me to set up these PCs to automatically scan and shut down on a daily basis without any user input?
