Hi everybody,

I have a strange problem with KAV 6.0.
When a user wants to send a File (for example a pdf file) from the desktop with an right click -> send to -> Mail recipient (Outlook), is the Windows  explorer crashes  (explroer.exe)

Microsoft has tested the issue and came to the result that KAV is causing the problem!
After uninstalling KAV 6.0 the issue is fixed.

Any suggestions?

I have this same issue:

WS-KAV6.0.2.690
KAV Admin Kit 6.0.1572
Kav Network Agent 6.0.1572
MS Outlook 2000 SP3

disabling mail antivirus doesn't sort it.
nor does throwing my toys out the pram.
