Hi,
I installed KAV 5.5 antivirus/antispam for exchange 2k3, and KAV 6.0.2.678 for windows servers.

I'm using Windows 2k3 R2 + SP1 And Exchange 2k3 + SP2.

Now, when i try to access to my owa, i've this error in my browser: "HTTP/1.1 503 Service not available".

I configured all Microsoft Exclusion for Exchange 2003 servers, but it still not work...

Anyone has any idea?

did you accesed the owa from the server it self? or from your workstation? please exit the antivirus , and try accessing the site again.this is to see if kav is causing the site not accessable.

In your KAV for Workstations Network Settings disable, scanning of SSL connections. Any better?

I tryed to disable KAV, but the problem remaning.
I previuosly disableb scanning of ssl connection and configured all ms exclusions.
I unistalled KAV but withouth results.

I think the problem is not connected with kaspersky, simply i seen it when i done a restart after KAV installation.

If that does not work still without KAV than I am afraid you got more configurations to do on your end. Perhaps something of this nature will help:
