Hi im running Kaspersky Admin Kit 5.0.1151 with workstations running 5.0.712 and i have computers with Ultra VNC.. how am i going to fix the problem of the computers always bringing up a warning due to the ULTRAVNC? is there a step by step guide that i can follow? getting really fed up of these warnings!!

Radmin, VNC and ULtraVNC are simillar like remote control application
You can find this setting under the policy for windows workstation version 5.

to check the verdict of ULtraVNC you can it on viruslist.

you can set those exclusions via AK policy! My personal suggestion is to exclude by verdict since riskware may be found on exe files as well as dlls....
