Hi im running Kaspersky Admin Kit 5.0.1151 with workstations running 5.0.712 and i have computers with Ultra VNC.. how am i going to fix the problem of the computers always bringing up a warning due to the ULTRAVNC? is there a step by step guide that i can follow? getting really fed up of these warnings!!

what are those warning/verdict?? anyway just add UTRALVNC to trusted zone.. HOW?? click on the link it will help you..

that link is to do it on individual computers, is there something i can do with the admin kit?

the link is not for individual computers.. please read the instruction. anyhow its for the adminkit version 5..
How to remove RAdmin files from the AV scan remotely?
Radmin, VNC and ULtraVNC are simillar like remote control application
You can find this setting under the policy for windows workstation version 5.

to check the verdict of ULtraVNC you can it on viruslist.

hello,
you can set those exclusions via AK policy! My personal suggestion is to exclude by verdict since riskware may be found on exe files as well as dlls.... rolleyes.gif
