I have a problem with UltraVNC + Kaspersky 5 for Workstations.
Suddenly the viewer (vncviewer.exe) is considered a threat.

I've included the vncviewer.exe in both threats and exclusions and as a trusted process. But still I cannot start vncviewer.exe on any system.

How to go about this.

What error message do you get?

I get an access denied error, when I try to start vncviewer.

I've copied the exact path and message to exclude it. But it just don't work.

Exlusions do not work on Quarantine Tasks. You have to manually adjust them.
