When KAV 7.0 is protecting my computer, I am not aloud to go on AIM 6.0, for when I try to sign on it says "A service error occurred". If you have any idea what I could do to fix this problem please let me know asap. Thanks!
What is the exact name of the product and the build number?

There is a few things you can try here in the web A/V.
1. Add the url to the trusted zone.
2. Change the buffering time, or change to streaming.
If these do not work, and unchecking http, port 80 scanning does it, you may need to log the connection attempts and send to support so they can fix it. Let us know which is the result.
I just posted the same problem. Were you able to fix it? If so, how?
