Hi,
i have KAV 6.0.1405 Admin Kit named KAVLG & few servers with KAV 6.0.2.678 installed using the same server package created with local task checked under Admin Kit. All servers is under same group with same policy, global scan & update task apply.
local scan & update task on Admin Kit --> KAVLG set to manual
local scan & update task on all other servers didn't set to manual & is set to default schedule runtime ?, these local tasks crash with global schedule scan & update task.
on ver 5, we can disable the predefined local task from the policy but not on ver 6.
i will then received alerts from servers on 'cannot perform two task at the same time' if both local & global task run at the same time

hi
why global update & global scan schedule tasks won't overwrite the local update & global scan default schedule task (what i mean is both local tasks should set to manual). this happened on certain servers under same group & same policy/global scan/update task applied.
Is your policy enforced by locking "The Lock Icon"?

yes, policy applied successfully
You need not install default scan & update tasks in kav 6.0. Policy can't disable shchedule of the default task anymore in KAV 6.0.
You can do it by means change settings of remote installation package of KAV for Servers in AdminKit. Just uncheck unnessecery task and reinstall installation packet on all your servers. Then no local scan update task will be installed.
