i have kaspersky internet secuirty 6.0 and i am running it on vista i installed the ful features for the software
after i installed i con't get on to the net anymore i tired disableing the entire firewall also disable spam protection email protection and webantivirus protection
also whn i try to enable back my Windows firewall it give me some error and tell me service failed to start i know when i was installing kasperysky it asked me if i wanna disable it and i said yes but i tought i could enable back again
also when i got to network sharing centre in vista where it show me my connection as a diagram it says (service failed to start)
i am not at my pc so i can't tell u exactly wht it says but basically it just give me a error
I have tired unistalling kasperysky and i still get no internet acess :S i used to get internet acess before i installed kaspersky and everythink worked great
I try restoreing my systme toi previous data but it after it run the system restore it says systme restore failed please try another system restore i remmber my system restore used to work also casue i had used it like 3 days back
Plz can some tell me how to totally wipe all traces of kaspersky off my pc and how to turn back on windowsfire wall
