not cured - the file wasn't cured.
cured - the file was cured
deleted - infected file was deleted
N/A - result is not available.
Hello! Unfortunally there are no top10 virus report. But you can create Most infected computers in network report, to see wich computers was mostly infected. (top 10 most infected computers)
Or, you can create virus activity report and in this report you would see all viruses, and how often they were found. (not only top10 viruses, all viruses)
Btw, which details you are looking for?
I don't understand about N/A (not available) status. What happen with the infected file? How to explain this status to our customer?
Could you please explain with detail about N/A status?
some products, like Kaspersky antivirus for exchange, aren't send information about taken action to adminkit (but they can send it with their notifications)
But, of couse, in fact action are taken to infected object(wich action - depend on product settings, default on viruses - cure, if uncured, replace with text(Kaspersky for Exchange)).
what about N/A , can u describe for clearly?
Last week, our customer sent an email with attachment file which contains monthly report of virus activity.
The graph picture shows the N/A status number is in the top (more than 12000).
Not cured status, cured status and deleted status are below 2000.
There some questions that I want to know:
1. Still... What is the meaning N/A status? Where's the infected file? Is it cured or deleted?
2. What result is actually shown on "Virus Activity Report", is it from full scan only? or from real-time scan only? or both?
Please anyone inform me about this.
Thank you
