Hi all, this is my first post and although I've already searched the support forum, I've not been able to to find a match re. my query... apologies if this has already been covered elsewhere.

Our machine is running XP Pro SP2 (build 2600), Office/Outlook 2003, KIS 6.0.1.411 c.a.b.

Using the Maildispatcher to review incoming emails, I can obviously delete spam within. However, then send/receive downloads a confirmation message. My question is, can I opt to not have this confirmation downloaded? is. just let it delete the message and be done with it.

Thanks in advance, Graham

hello
no, the mail client will terminate the connection if the file is deleted with nothing forwarded

Would there be a way to have this confirmation email go directly to the delete folder, or even a folder specifically created for these messages. It is a bit of a pain t go through and delete them all..... I seem to get a large number of SPAM emails right now.

Thanks for the help!!

Guess that one thing you can do to avoid the windows that keep asking is to go to antispam setting and you will see "Open MailDispatcher" thing , just click it out. And it won't show you the windows anymore .

One thing that i don't understand about this too , why the admin kit doesn't have this button in the policies , or maybe better spam configuration than what it has now (can't do anything in spam setting) ...

Anyway , if you don't know where i'm talking about , you can see it in the screenshot.

Good Lucks Guys....

P.S. not sure that it will help answering your question or not.
