Running KAV 6.0 for Windows Workstation, XP and IE7.

A situation has developed where I am unable to view jpg graphics on my website home page. (www.heirloomlinens.com) Graphics elsewhere on the site are viewable just fine, just not on the home page.

The problem was originally limited to one brand new PC on my work network, whereas the rest of the machines were fine. Now this morning, the same problem has started on my home network. The only commonality seems the KAV, IE7 and XP. I suspect IE7 or a windows update but have to ask the question if KAV MIGHT be an issue here? I had disbaled KAV on the office machine and it didn't solve the problem, yet just now, I disabled KAV on a home machine and the graphics were viewable.

So it appears this is a KAV issues. How do I resolve this issue to ensure that my customers get to see these graphics?

Any thoughts on this?

Hello,

Your problem is caused by the Anti-Banner component.

For example, the URL of one of your image is the follwing : http://www.heirloomlinens.com/i/u/ADS/C12C411430AF3F8F0F0A89E0ABE49C6F67122AA4.jpg

As you can see, this URL contains the mask */ads/* which is also in the General Anti-Banner list.

You just have to disable this option, or to change the URLs of your images smile.gif

Best Regards,
DB
