how do i delete this Trojan-Downloader.VBS.Psyme.cy, i already updated my database and perform full scan but still this Trojan-Downloader.VBS.Psyme.cy keeps annoying me, ive also attached screenshot,

create a rescue-Cd on a clean system and boot your system from this CD. Scan your system and try to delete the trojan.
