I have just installed version 6 of Admin kit and pushed out version 6 of the workstation client.

This has worked fine but I need to stop the users accessing the application on the client PC. I have seen in the FAQ section that version 5 allowed you to remove this access using a policy but I can not find this optin on version 6.

How do I do this?

Any help appreciated.

Ok, So I have got rid of the pop up messages and the such, great!!

But is there a way to remove the program group from the start menu on workstations??

I do not want users to be able to interact with the program at all!!

Can this be done?

Hello,

This can't be done through the policy via the Administration console, but I think you can create a script to remove appropriate entries on all hosts and deploy it with Admin Kit.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

Any ideas where I might find the parameters for scripting for Kaspersky?

I will have a did around and see what I can find.

Thanks again.
