Hi Guys,

im also having problems with network agent v 6.x.. (no problem with ver. 5.x)
ive installed kav adminkit v 6.x then install AV remotely, remote installation of netagent and AV have no problems, oh there is one problem workstation is not visible, what i did is restart the services of kav net agent, kav av, also restart the pc (both admin kit and workstation), firewall is off btw, still the workstation is not visible (color is still grey red or not highlighted), and if you check the add remove programs its net agent is installed and services of net agent is running. so i locally install net agent but after extracting the package of net agent, its already finish, it does not prompt me to where/and/or/what server add. or EULA or something like that, uninstall and reinstall net agent remotely still not visible.. any ideas are welcome and highly appreciated..
thanks and more power.

Do you have a firewall on the client? if the ports 13000,14000 tcp and 15000 udp are blocked, the network agent will not be visible.
