Hi, the company that I work for just recently installed Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6 for windows workstations. Since that time, we have been occasionally randomly having some e-mails returned to the sender that have the error:
0x80004005-0x0004b9-0x000501
Usually this is caused by a network connectivity issue according to a microsoft post I found when trying to locate what the problem is caused by. Or a VPN/mobile device connection to exchange, etc. I am not convinced that is the issue, since none of the people receiving the error are over a VPN, or using mobile devices to send the e-mail.
The mails that are being returned are local e-mails to our domain here, so should not be caused by an incorrect e-mail address being entered, etc.
Does anyone else have this problem with their exchange mail?
