Hi,

I upgraded from KAV WS5 to KAV WS6.0.2.678 in a computer with XP SP2, and installed it in another machine, also XP SP2.

Both, keeps shutting down after a few minutes of starting session.

I disabled all the proactive protection, and Windows is still shutting down few times during the day.

Sometimes I got an event notification like this "Event Self-Defense messages happened on computer COMPUTERNAME in the domain bbb at Mon Apr 09 14:14:25 2007 Process (PID 1644) tried to access Kaspersky Anti-Virus process (PID 1992), but the action has been blocked by the Self-Defense component. No action on your part is necessary."

I am not able to complete a full scan because the computer shuts down before it can complete the task.

Does anyone have any idea of what can be the cause or what else can I do?
