Since i've installed the latest version of Kaspersky for Windows Workstations (Version 6.0.2.678) here in my company i can't see myself in the local chat program !
The chat program loads up and i see others in the chat but not me !

Chat program = BorgChat

Others with old versions of Kaspersky can see me and my writting but i can't !

I tried to unistall and the Spamm detector, hack whatever and other things so that i would only get the same as previous version, but it didn't work.

I can only see myself in the chat ( and writting too ) when don't have the latest antivirus installed.

I've tried on another computer but this time i installed only the anti virus part. The result = same.

We have a windows domain in the company, if it helps.

I've put Borgchat on the thrusted aplications zone in Kaspersky with full access and still it doesn't show me or my chat in my chat area. Others still can see it.

Even if i exit Kaspersky and start Borgchat it doesn't work either.
Any more ideas ?

Do I understand correctly, that only uninstallation of WKS 6.0 helps?

If yes, then please submit a case via http://support.kaspersky.com/helpdesk and attach installation trace log for 6.0 version:

I've been waitting for an answer for a couple of days.

They said i would get an answer in 24H ..

This is NOT a good sign.

Are they located in your city, can you call them and ask to check this case in HelpDesk system?

But you can't figure out what the problem is or you just pass this cases to local partners as a normal way of procedure ?

When you are purchasing a KL product from a KL partner - you are purchasing technical support from them. The information about techsupport center is indicated in your key file. When you submit a ticket (case) to support, the information is processed by HelpDesk system, and the case automatically gets assigned to the support center, indicated in your key file. In this example, the case went to your seller of the product.
