Hi,I deploy KAV 6.0.2.678 from Admin Kit 6.0.1405 to workstation that have KAV 5.0.712 installed, after successful of installation & restart, 5.0.712 still running & not unistall ?. how to make it uninstall 5.0.712 right before install 6.0.2.678 ?

& also one of the notebook having Blue screen of death with IRQ NOT EQUAL error before the installation processs finished, i have to go add/remove program, uninstall it (will roll back, process not finish), restart & redeploy, sometimes it work ...

any reply on the previos post on KAV 6.0.2.678 replace WatchGuard VPN Deterministic Virtual WAN Adapter driver that causing SafeNet Virtual Adapter not load while activate VPN ??

Is it really necessary to uninstall KAV WKS 5 before deploying version 6 ? I tought deinstall of previous version was automatic in this case.



Try to update drivers of your notebook, and please post a GetSystemInfo report from problematic computers.
