I use IE7 with Windows Vista Ultimate and Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0.
I have recently been getting an annoying pop-up from Kaspersky telling me that Executable file has been changed and asking whether the program should be granted network access.
I am given the option to Allow, but, annoyingly, I cannot allow permanently and the annoying pop-up recurs all the time.
After I have clicked on Allow I get another pop-up saying that the application IEXPLORE.EXE has been changed, which is hardly of rivetting interest since that is exactly what the earlier pop-up had said.
How can I prevent the annoying pop-up recurring?
It would be great for it to occur the first time, so that I can decide whether or not I have been taken over, but after that only if there has been a new change. Surely such is not beyond the wit of a competent programmer.

Delete the rules of IE7 on AH and then open IE again allow it and you should not have more popups.
Sorry you have lost me. What is AH. Where do I find it and how do I delete the rules?
If, as I assume, AH is Anit-Hacker, clicking on that under Protection does not give me an option to delete any rules. Clicking on Anti-Hacker under Status gives two Settings, the first of which under Enable Firewall brings up a Settings: Anti-Hacker dialogue, in which I can find iexplore.exe. Should I highlight that and delete it? It has 11 rules. What happens to all of them?
Should I just remove the tick from the box beside it?

If, as I assume, AH is Anit-Hacker, clicking on that under Protection does not give me an option to delete any rules. Clicking on Anti-Hacker under Status gives two Settings, the first of which under Enable Firewall brings up a Settings: Anti-Hacker dialogue, in which I can find iexplore.exe. It is @ settings>anti-hacker>settings (on the right panel)>rules for applications (1st tab from left)

Exit Internet Explorer.
Delete iExplore.exe from the Firewall/AntiHacker rules.
Click OK.
Go back to the page where the Firewall/AntiHacker rules are, click Add... (click "browse" and find iExplore.exe or click "applications" and find iExplore.exe).
Click Template>InternetExplorer.
Click OK>OK
Open Internet Explorer.
Delete iExplore.exe from the Firewall/AntiHacker rules.
Click OK.
Go back to the page where the Firewall/AntiHacker rules are, click Add... (click "browse" and find iExplore.exe or click "applications" and find iExplore.exe).
Click Template>InternetExplorer.
Click OK>OK
Open Internet Explorer.
